1895 Coffee Designers by Lavazza is a story inspired by a vision in which top quality coffee becomes a ritual that sharpens all the senses. A universe where passion, artisan skills and technology work together with precision and harmony, in perfect Italian style and with a special focus on sustainability.
The cradle and beating heart of the project is Factory 1895 in Turin: designed by Ralph Appelbaum Associates (RAA), the US firm that designed the Lavazza Museum (opened in Turin in 2018). This is where 1895 coffees are produced and where it is possible to discover the journey of the coffee beans, all the way from distant lands to the final experience in the cup. Factory 1895 is a crossroads of research, innovation and discovery based on an artisanal approach leveraging on the capability and experience of an industrial enterprise.
