First Floor
A refined and welcoming environment, ideal for exclusive events and moments of conviviality. The space revolves around an open kitchen with a central island, fully open onto a social table. The layout accommodates seated dinners for up to 10 guests and standing receptions for 20 to 30 guests.
Completing the area is a dedicated lounge zone, furnished with a sofa and armchairs, perfect for moments of relaxation, networking or informal conversation. Ideal for: private dinners, show cooking, tastings, informal meetings and lifestyle events.
The Maison Allumeuse kitchen is designed for show cooking and plating in front of guests. It is therefore a finishing space, where chefs can complete semi-prepared dishes. For events with 20 to 30 guests, an additional cold zone and refrigerated storage service is available upon request. A support kitchen and equipment rental are also available if needed.
Available equipment: electric multifunction oven, induction hob with 4/5 burners, refrigerator and freezer, wine cooler, washing area with dishwasher, small countertop appliances, catering services on request curated by Allumeuse chefs.

Rooftop Garden
A evocative outdoor space, perfect for evening events and convivial occasions. The "suspended" green space is designed with plants, flowers and trees, whose arrangement can be modified according to the type of event. The roof garden can host aperitifs and standing dinners, with a maximum capacity of 40 guests. The relaxed and scenic atmosphere makes the space ideal for exclusive open-air events.
Ideal for: aperitifs, cocktail parties, corporate events, private parties and press events. Upon request, both the first floor and rooftop spaces can be combined for a maximum capacity of 60 to 70 guests.
